This jewelry by Melanie Bilenker is badass!! They are created entirely out of her own hair! She explains on her website that she is/was inspired by the Victorians who kept locks of hair and miniature portraits painted with ground hair and pigment to secure the memory of lost love. Sort of creepy, yeah, but also really impressive and pretty nostalgic. The images sort of remind me of Juno - but maybe that's just because I watched it again today.
